We are actively seeking a highly motivated, successful, goal-oriented Project Manager like you for our growing company! This position will work out of our corporate office in Chaska, MN. Compensation: Salary + Bonuses

Duties and Responsibilities:

Receive leads and follow up with homeowners

Create detailed proposals

Meet with Homeowners to present proposals and sign contracts with necessary additional forms

Collect deposit money, progress payments and final payments on each job

Review the job file for completeness before production begins

Schedule the job using Buildertrend when appropriate

Schedule subcontractors and/or carpenters

Pull permits as needed

Order materials

Produce accurate Purchase Orders for materials and labor

Communicate with Homeowner as to the progress of the job

Site supervision as needed

Recruitment and vetting of subcontractors for the Remodel Division

Provide any emergency services needed by talking to the homeowner, assessing damage and scheduling repair work as necessary

Review subcontractor billing for accuracy in relation to the Purchase Order for the job as necessary

Field Homeowner comments/complaints and keep a record of all communications

Provide a final analysis (job audit) of each job

Become a member of a networking group or have active participation in Chamber of Commerce events

Attend training/seminars to maintain compliance with OSHA, EPA and other as necessary

Other duties as assigned
