Airport Windsock Corporation, a family-owned industry leader, is seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Metal Fabricator to join our team in Lake City, MN. Successful candidate would initially oversee a current team of fabricators and help grow our fabrication team by training and mentoring new fabricators as we expand to meet the demands of our growing product line and ambitious growth plans."

What You'll Do:

Fabricate high-quality metal components for our aviation and safety products.

Utilize your expertise in MIG and TIG welding.

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Operate a variety of metalworking machinery.

Contribute to the development of new products and prototypes.

Mentor and train less experienced fabricators.

What You'll Need:

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in metal fabrication.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

A desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a thriving company.

Providing strong professional references is essential.

Has a can-do attitude. Whether in getting the job done or learning something new

Likes the challenges involved in wearing multiple hats in this position

Machining experience is preferred but not required
