COMPUTER DRAFTSMAN

Island Wide Land Surveyors is currently seeking a motivated and responsible individual to fill a Draftsman position. The position works closely with the surveyors to produce CAD generated base drawings for a variety of property surveys.

Key Responsibilities:

- Receive data collected from survey field crews to generate maps and drawings to visually communicate land surveys of all types.

- Research survey records, deeds, and maps to identify property boundaries and areas subject to survey.

- Works closely with other team members and adjust drawings/specifications in a timely manner based upon team feedback.

Requirements:

- Vocational computer assisted technology training preferred.

- Ability to learn CAD modeling concepts and technical applications.

- AutoCAD, Carlson Survey experience preferred.
