Job Description:

Preparing surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and patching as required.

Selecting and applying appropriate paints, primers, and coatings for each project.

Operating and maintaining painting equipment, including brushes, rollers, and spray guns.

Collaborating with clients and project managers to ensure color selection and finishing meet their specific requirements.

Working efficiently to meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality workmanship.

Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a safe working environment.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:

Proven experience in commercial painting with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects.

In-depth knowledge of various painting techniques, surface preparation, and paint types.
