Electricians should possess the following:

Thorough knowledge of the electrical trade

Ability to make frequent decisions based on specifications and electrical codes

Professional appearance and attitude on the job

The ability to work as a team member

Basic skills to handle tools and materials accurately, efficiently and safely

OSHA 40 Required

Ability to work overtime; night shift if need be, and possibly weekends
