OKO, a Japanese inspired restaurant by Chef Brian Lewis, is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Sushi Chef to join our exceptional team at our Westport, CT location. Excellent opportunity as we continue to grow and expand our restaurant group.

Candidate should have 3 years of experience as a Sushi Chef and be well versed in various aspects of Japanese cuisine. Our menu is written daily, relying upon a depth of cooking and solid techniques, both classic and modern, which drive our unique style.
