We are actively seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our Northeast Regional Office covering the vast majority of the time the 5 burrows of New York City, but also selling in New Jersey, and Eastern Pennsylvania. This is your chance to take ownership of a dynamic territory, managing key accounts and developing new business opportunities with industry leaders.

COMPENSATION: $75,000 base salary with unlimited commission potential (skies the limit); earn up to 3% increase in base salary annually based on annual performance review, year over year.

Additional Benefits: Per diem, company vehicle, company cellphone, computer, monitor, etc. (for home office), fuel card, and full insurance benefits.

Traveling Expectations: When not covering the 5 burrows, your territory will require overnight traveling into eastern PA and New Jersey but per diem and fuel card will cover all expenses when traveling. (zero out of pocket expenses).

Office From Home: You must lives in the New City limits but will work from home when not visiting customers.

What You’ll Do

Build and maintain relationships with established clients while actively prospecting new opportunities.

Oversee multiple distribution partnerships, track projects and inventory, and contribute to overall business development.

Partner with key stakeholders to ensure seamless service, including Inside Sales, Customer Service, Dispatch, and Logistics.

Stay ahead of industry trends, attending regional conferences and seminars to expand your knowledge and network.

Utilize your expertise to negotiate deals, secure orders, and provide technical guidance to clients.

Analyze data, track market trends, and identify bidding opportunities to keep our business at the forefront.

What We’re Looking For

A self-motivated sales pro with at least 3 years of experience in sales, construction, and customer service.

Industry knowledge in construction, highway/traffic safety, and equipment rental preferred.

Strong understanding of civil, site, and traffic control plans, with the ability to align solutions to client needs.

Proven negotiation, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and data analysis.

Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
