At Courtsports, we specialize in building new basketball gym floors, sanding & refinishing existing gym floors, and re-coating floors for NBA teams, colleges, schools, and athletic facilities. We are passionate about creating top-quality, durable sports surfaces and are looking for highly motivated, creative individuals to join our growing team.

Position: Gym Flooring Specialist & Laborers

Location: Pacific NW (Project-Based)

Full-Time / Part-Time Opportunities Available

What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking individuals who have a strong work ethic and a passion for working in the sports flooring industry. If you are someone who takes pride in your craftsmanship and enjoys seeing a project through from start to finish, we want to hear from you. No prior experience in flooring is required—we will train the right candidates who are eager to learn and grow with us.

Requirements:

- Must be 18 years or older

- Ability to pass a drug test

- Strong attention to detail and quality

- A creative mindset to contribute to the unique needs of each project

- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

- Positive attitude and a commitment to safety

- Physical stamina and ability to work in varying conditions
