Skilled Carpenter

We are looking for a highly skilled carpenter who can perform the following tasks:

- Finish work, including detailed trim and custom woodwork

- Rough-in work, including framing and structural modifications

- Appliance installation, ensuring proper fit and function

- Flooring installation (wood, laminate, and tile)

- Millwork, including baseboards, crown molding, and cabinetry

- Tile work (backsplashes, shower surrounds, and flooring)

- Minor plumbing tasks (fixture installations, minor repairs, and adjustments)

- Minor electrical tasks (light fixture installations, outlet replacements, and basic wiring)

Requirements:

- Must be equipped with your own tools

- Must have a reliable working vehicle

- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and follow project specifications

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship

Additional Responsibilities:

- Ensure job site cleanliness and safety compliance

- Communicate effectively with project managers and clients

- Meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
