In-House Graphic Designer - Production and Creative Work

Are you a detail-obsessed, fast-learning graphic designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a highly organized, customer-focused designer to join our team! Recognition Avenue formerly Ramax Engraving & Awards has been in business since 1961 and is 3rd generation owned.

What You’ll Do:

- Handle client production proofs as well as setup artwork for the different types of machinery for the team to produce the work.

- Take on creative projects from concept to completion such as car show artwork, logo creation and more!

- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all designs

- Collaborate with customers and team members to deliver top-quality work

- Manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines

-Open the store and help answer phones if needed

What We’re Looking For:

- Extremely detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy

- Quick learner who can adapt to changing priorities and client requests

- Strong customer service mindset and communication skills. Friendly and cheerful!

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Having a background in Corel Draw is helpful as well but not mandatory.

- Ability to work independently and as a team while staying organized

- Able to read a measuring tape in 1/16" intervals (silly I know, but seems to be a rare skill and is extremely helpful in what we do)

Hours & Schedule:

Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Enjoy a 4-day workweek!)

Pay:

$22.50+ depending on experience
