On-site Trainer
Job Overview: Provide support to Domino’s Senior Talent Acquisition and Training Managers. The Trainer is responsible for delivering educational training presentations to Team Members about topics pertaining to 5-Star Operations in our locations. Duties include training new employees and development of current employees as necessary.  Responsibilities Promote our training program to appropriate Team Members. Hands-on training of new Team Members adhering to DTID and Domino's standards Suggest new training based on needs Work with Team Members on service. Work with Team Members on systems. Primary Focus:Results through people (motivation, goal setting, follow through)Assist in achieving growth numbersPositive representation of the Company and its leadership  Train customer service-focused Team Members
