Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our customer support team as a Customer Service Order Fulfillment and Phone Support Specialist. This role combines hands-on logistics operations with customer-facing responsibilities to ensure seamless order processing and exceptional customer satisfaction. This role is essential in ensuring that customer support parts/replacement orders are processed accurately and efficiently while providing exceptional phone support to our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA

Compensation: $18 - $22 per hour, based on experience and ability

Employment Type: Full-time

Primary Role: Pick/Pack and Labeling 20-50+ packages day.

Shipments: Overseeing the logistics of order fulfillment by accurately picking, packing, and labeling shipments

Warehouse Organization: Maintaining an organized inventory of parts within the warehouse.

Phone Support: Assisting the team in coverage of the phones. Managing incoming customer support calls, addressing inquiries, and resolving product-related issues.

Monitoring part inventory levels in the warehouse.

Providing 5-star phone customer service

Record Updating: Ensuring accurate documentation of customer interactions and transactions.

Management Reporting: Provide reports and status updates regarding part shipments as requested by management.

Additional Duties: Performing other duties as assigned.

Working alongside 5 other dedicated customer support staff. The ideal candidate should possess some experience in receiving customer support calls. This includes troubleshooting field failures and user error issues. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates potential.

Autonomous Work Capability: Demonstrated ability to independently pick, pack, and ship parts as identified by the customer service team on a daily basis.

Composure under Pressure: Proven capacity to maintain calmness and patience in high-pressure situations while delivering exceptional customer service over the phone.

Positive Customer Interaction: Outgoing demeanor with a strong willingness to assist customers effectively and positively.

Flexible Availability: Willingness to work overtime during peak periods or under unique circumstances as required.

Forklift Operation Readiness: Openness to learning forklift operation for pallet handling from racking, with training provided for candidates who show potential.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Bilingual Proficiency: Preference will be given to candidates who are fluent in both English and Spanish.

Customer Centric Attitude: A positive and proactive attitude is essential.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills are crucial, particularly in maintaining professionalism during phone interactions.

Problem-Solving Ability: Candidates should demonstrate the ability to identify problems and implement effective solutions.

Task Management: Proficiency in managing multiple responsibilities efficiently with minimal supervision is required.

Machinery Experience: Previous experience in operating or repairing machinery is considered a valuable asset.

Phone Support: Prior experience in providing phone support is advantageous.
