Part-Time Bookkeeper (QuickBooks Online Expert) – In-Office

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper with at least 3 years of experience to manage our financial operations and help drive company profitability. This is a part-time, in-office role for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in QuickBooks Online.

Job Details:

Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 3 hours per day (flexible hours)

Pay Rate: $23/hour

Location: Corona, CA (in-office)

Responsibilities:

Manage & Reconcile Books in QuickBooks Online with 100% accuracy

Ensure all expenses are tracked and identify cost-saving opportunities weekly

Handle collections and ensure all invoices are paid on time

Prepare financial reports and analysis for business planning

Meet weekly with owners to provide insights on company performance and necessary changes

Negotiate with vendors for better rates and find cheaper supplies

Prepare financial analyses for banks to secure business loans

Find and secure the best loan options when necessary

Oversee payroll processing and ensure proper tax documentation

Requirements:

3+ years of bookkeeping experience (QuickBooks Online required)

Strong skills in reconciliation, collections, payroll, and tax preparation

Experience with cost reduction and vendor negotiations

Ability to analyze financials and prepare reports for business decisions

Knowledge of bank loan preparation and financial strategy

Proficiency in Excel and financial forecasting

Must be organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
