Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Handyman to join our growing team. This unique position offers a mini studio in downtown as part of the compensation package. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in light plumbing, electrical work, drywall, painting, and carpentry.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks.

Assist in light remodeling and rehabilitation projects for multifamily properties.

Conduct routine inspections and identify maintenance needs.

Must be able to work independently and ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high standards

Maintain a clean and safe work environment and speak and write English. Bilingual welcome.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in light plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and carpentry.

Proven reliability, trustworthiness, loyalty, and thoroughness in previous roles.

Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and perform tasks meticulously.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic tools required to perform handyman tasks.

Own a reliable vehicle for transportation with good driving record.

Additional Information:

Full-time or part time position

Part-time arrangements may be considered, especially for candidates with specific needs such as child pick-up/drop-off.

Background checks will be administered; however, we are open to reviewing cases individually.
