HVAC Lead Installer Needed

We are a rapidly growing residential HVAC installation company located in Brea, California looking for talented HVAC lead installers. Candidate will need a minimum of 3 years installation experience being a lead installer. Candidate must be able to install various types of HVAC systems such as split systems, package units and mini-splits. Again, we only install residential systems, no commercial work. The Lead installer will also need an acceptable driving record, strong communication skill as well as be able to line out their crew to get the work completed in a timely manner and under budget.
