Location: Sarasota, Manatee, Charlotte & Lee County

We are a roofing contractor specializing in residential roofing services, including re-roofing and repairs. We are looking for an outgoing and motivated Sales Representative/Roofing Estimator to join our team and help us grow. Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and identifying opportunities for roofing projects. You will handle everything from creating estimates, taking inspection reports, and presenting proposals to customers. This role requires strong communication skills, self-accountability, and the ability to manage your own sales activities.

Primary Responsibilities:

Use web-based applications to manage business operations.

Conduct roof inspections, gather accurate data, take photos, and generate detailed inspection reports and proposals.

Qualify potential customers and identify viable leads.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Create and manage sales opportunities through social media and networking channels.

Report on sales activities and progress.

Qualifications:

Knowledge of residential roofing (repair and re-roofing) and a desire to work in a sales-oriented role.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Self-accountable with strong organizational skills.

Experience with social media and networking.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (pickup truck required for carrying ladders).

Bi-lingual is preferred but not required.

Basic computer skills required.
