If you have experience in corporate management, legal compliance, or office support, and are familiar with the responsibilities of a Nominee Director, we’d love to have you on board!

Key Responsibilities:

- Acting as a Nominee Director for company entities as required.

- Ensuring compliance with local regulations and corporate governance standards.

- Liaising with banks, legal advisors, and other stakeholders.

- Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all duties.

Requirements:

- Knowledge of corporate governance and legal requirements in Florida.

- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
