Pool Manager

Position Details:

Schedule: Must be available Memorial Day through Labor Day, working Tuesday–Sunday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM.

Responsibilities Include:

Working closely with the pool management company to ensure safe and smooth daily operations.

Supervising pool staff, servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to maintain efficiency and high service standards.

Managing poolside operations, including cabanas, lounge chairs, and umbrellas, ensuring everything is clean and in order.

Overseeing guest check-ins at the front desk and ensuring proper charges for cabanas and guest entries.

Delegating tasks to staff and addressing any concerns from members or employees.

Enforcing pool rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all members and guests.

Maintaining towel availability, ensuring clean and dry towels are always stocked.

Arranging activities and special events to enhance the member experience.
