Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Lawn Maintenance Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience operating lawn maintenance equipment, and a solid understanding of the procedures necessary to maintain high-quality lawn care. This position offers year-round opportunities, including snow removal during the winter months, and the chance to drive trucks and heavy machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee a team in lawn maintenance tasks, ensuring work is completed to the highest standards

Operate and maintain various lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and snow removal equipment

Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring the team meets performance goals

Safely drive trucks and trailers to job sites and manage equipment transport

Perform snow removal and other winter services during the colder months, keeping clients’ properties in excellent condition year-round

Ensure that safety procedures and company policies are followed on all job sites

Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Perform regular maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure proper functioning

Requirements:

Must be fluent in English

Must have a valid New Jersey Driver’s License

Proven experience driving trucks and trailers

Experience with lawn maintenance equipment and procedures

Strong leadership and team management skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of following instructions

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a lawn maintenance or landscaping supervisory role

Experience with snow removal services and winter weather maintenance
