Develop innovative solutions to meet changing business needs in systems like Salesforce, ETQ, or Trackwise. We require leadership and creativity to work within a large IT service delivery organization to drive business solutions. Lead assigned projects from a technical perspective. Do hands-on configuration and coding using dev-ops and CI/CD tools like Bitbucket and Jenkins. Develop data exchanges using APIs. Build reports and dashboards as needed. Clarify vague requirements and deliver high-quality business benefits on time and on budget. Transfer knowledge to the support team upon delivery. Follow processes and facilitate change requests from project conception through hyper care in alignment with J&J policies, procedures, and testing guidelines as part of release management. Maintain working relationships with diverse groups of people. Align design standards with enterprise architects and developers. Collect customer insights and drive continuous improvement for efficiency, scalability, and cost reduction. Evaluate potential technical solutions together for incoming demand. Build impact assessments and development cost estimates for services. Manage the service delivery budget and present service performance to management. Plan, select, and schedule approved vendors, then coordinate their work.
