Manager required for busy Yonkers Restaurant

We are a well established bar & restaurant located on the Emerald Mile in Yonkers, NY. As a neighborhood staple, we are known for high quality dining, and a busy bar scene with a great array of local customers. We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic hospitality manager to assist with the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. Responsibilities will include:

- Supervising bar and service operations

- Knowledge of inventory/stock control/ordering

- Guest relations

- Upkeep and maintenance of the restaurant

- Identifying areas of improvement

- Assisting staff in closing procedures

Successful applicants must have at least 5 years experience in restaurant management. Basic computer/ POS skills are a must (though POS training will be provided). Applicant must also show proficiency in liquor/wine and service. ServSafe certification a plus.
