Multi-company office looking for a full-time candidate to fill the following roles:
Office Manager
Accounting Assistance
Maintenance Coordinator
Real Estate Assistance
Daily Tasks Include:
Data Entry
Following up on Real Estate and Maintenance Leads
Work Order Coordination
Vetting New Subcontractors
Looking for someone with a strong Accounting background, understanding of general contracting business, and at least a basic understanding of property management. They should be comfortable working with various stakeholders, and asking questions rather than jumping to conclusions.
The right person will grow into a position of more responsibility.
