Property Manager Section 8 Tax Credit

Property Manager overseeing 3 employees, 104-unit, Section 8 (soon transitioning to Tax Credit with rehab next spring).

Prefer Section 8 experience with EIV and Special Claims.

Monday - Friday 8-5pm

120 hours PTO after 90 days

FREE MEDICAL (health, dental, vision) INSURANCE For employee!

401K after 1 year

Requirements:

Must live within 30 mins of the property

SC Property Managers license (or be obtained within 6 months) with reimbursement

Salary Range $50-52,000
