Skilled Handyman Needed/ Commercial

We are looking for a skilled and reliable handyman to join our team. Most projects involve commercial properties such as restaurants and markets, so experience in these settings is preferred around the Houston area.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in:

Experience with:

Painting

Drywall/FRP

Framing

Basic electrical & plumbing

Molding & trim work

Must have:

Own basic tools & reliable transportation

Ability to work independently

Strong attention to detail

1099 Pay – Based on experience
