Gardener / Property Maintenance

Looking for an experienced / Gardener / Property Maintenance individual to help look after the upkeep of a property off Proffit Rd.

The ideal candidate would:

Have both gardening & property maintenance experience.

Be self-motivated and able to work well alone as well as with a team.

Have a positive attitude and takes initiative.

Hours will be 8-4 Monday - Friday.

Compensation based on experience level and full medical coverage is included.

Job description as follows:

Weed, prune, (edge if needed)

Pick up all sticks/debris around property

Blow off, patios, walkways and inside structures as needed.

Mulch garden beds as needed.

Utilize pressure washer as needed to keep areas clean around barn.

Clean Barn windows

General Upkeep.

Weed Eating / Assist with Farm Related Tasks

Odd jobs within reason as requested by Property Owners or Management.
