FULL-TIME OFFICE ASSISTANCE POSITION/ Case Coordinator (Canoga Park)

We are looking for a competent Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of the administrative operations of A HEALTHCARE AGENCY. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.

RESPONSIBILITY:

Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures.

Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information.

Monitor level of supplies and purchase of needed medical supplies.

Sending of Clinical Notes to case managers and Receiving same from field staffs.

Staffing of patient with required services staff.

Billing of Carriers

Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, case manager, patients and colleagues.

REQUIREMENTS

Working knowledge of office equipment and troubleshooting.

Thorough understanding of office management procedures

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and Adobe Photoshop CC

NOTE: Applicants with a Medical background, knowledge and experience with billing and payroll will be highly considered. Ability to read doctor's orders, familiarity with medical terminology, working with healthcare staff and patients. SPANISH SPEAKING IS A PLUS.
