Ecommerce Fulfillment & Customer Service Associate

We're a dynamic e-commerce brand committed to delivering exceptional products and customer experiences. As we continue to grow, we're seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Associate to join our fulfillment team on a part-time basis.

## Role Overview

As a Part-Time Shipping Associate, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You'll work in our warehouse environment 2-3 days per week, processing outgoing shipments and maintaining high standards of quality control.

## Key Responsibilities

- Process customer orders from our inventory management system

- Accurately pick, pack, and ship products according to company standards

- Maintain product knowledge across our entire catalog to ensure proper handling

- Complete daily efficiency and productivity reports to track personal performance

- Follow mistake-proofing protocols to eliminate shipping errors

- Verify packaging materials match product requirements

- Perform quality checks before finalizing shipments

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Assist with inventory management as needed

## Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous warehouse or shipping experience preferred

- Basic computer skills and ability to learn our inventory management system

- Excellent attention to detail and quality control mindset

- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds

- Reliable transportation to our facility

- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks

## Success Metrics

- Maintain 98% or higher accuracy rate for all processed shipments

- Meet daily productivity goals as outlined in efficiency reports

- Demonstrate thorough product knowledge during quality assessments

- Contribute to continuous improvement of shipping processes

The shift is from 9:30 AM - 2:30 PM. Monday - Wednesday- Friday

Job Responsibilities:

Packaging orders

Restocking shelves

Light production tasks (boxing, stickering, labeling)

Pulling orders

Inventory

Printing shipping labels

Stocking supplies

Organizing inventory

Updating web pages/data entry

Qualifications and Skills Needed:

Order fulfillment experience

Computer and Internet skills

Knowledge in web & HTML, Shopify, Outlook

Photo editing software experience (preferred but not required)

Strong verbal and writing skills

Job Type: Part-time with opportunity for full time.

Pay: Starting at $17-20/hour DOE with opportunity for advancement. With 90 day trial period.
