Job Title: Lawn Care Supervisor (Mow Maintenance Crew)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Lawn Care Supervisor to lead our lawn care team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mowing skills and have experience in managing staff, ensuring high-quality lawn maintenance services for our residential and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage a small team of lawn care technicians, assigning tasks and providing training as needed.

Conducting and overseeing mowing operations to ensure quality and efficiency, including proper operation of all lawn care equipment.

Conduct regular inspections of lawns and irrigation systems to assess health, maintenance needs, and employee performance.

Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies needed for lawn care services.

Communicate effectively with clients, addressing concerns, providing updates, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Implement safety protocols and train employees on safe work practices.

Will be required to engage in hands-on lawn care tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, and other landscaping duties.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.

Strong knowledge of lawn care equipment and techniques.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

A valid driver’s license and clean driving record will be required.

Must know how to back up a trailer
