Admin Assistant/Project Administrator - for Construction Firm
Main Task and Responsibilities
answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls
general clerical duties including photocopying, and mailing Fed Ex packages
maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
handle requests for information and data
prepare and modify documents including correspondence and emails
maintaining supplies

Education and Experience
proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word
working knowledge of Excel
knowledge of operation of standard office equipment (copier, scanner, etc.)
knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping
Experience in the construction industry a plus but not necessary.
