Office assistant/Customer Service
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dependable and organized Office Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our administrative operations. Duties will include appointment setting, filing, answering phones, creating estimates, data entry and customer service. Must be able to multitask, have general computer knowledge and have exceptional customer service skills. Proficiency in QuickBooks preferred. Must have a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a team-oriented mindset. MUST be Bilingual in English/Spanish.
Daily Responsibilities will include:
-Assist in daily operations
-Set appointments
-Create estimates
- Assists with vendor issues and/or requests (English/Spanish)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $18 per hour
Hours: Monday–Friday 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
