Job Responsibilities:

Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and team members.

Accurately enter, update, and manage client information in company databases.

Respond to inquiries via email, chat, and phone while maintaining professionalism.

Organize and categorize documents for easy retrieval.

Verify and cross-check data for any errors or inconsistencies.

Work closely with management to optimize scheduling and efficiency.

Requirements & Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is a plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and scheduling tools.

Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.

Previous experience in customer service, scheduling, or data entry preferred but not required.
