Property manager and Team leader

We are looking for an agent who will recruit, train, and mentor agents to build a strong, high-performing team, agent that are available to service leads, investors and tenants between 9am-6pm, be readily available to meet clients by setting appointments at the subject properties, answer phones, stay organized and answer questions our customers have.

We will train you on our systems and our business model. We are in business 23 years.

We have interested homeowners and investors that want us to manage their homes and need to speak and sometimes meet with an agent to hand over keys, go over key points and talk prices.

This is salary + commission based.

We will provide leads for rent, sale and purchase.

You will get paid commissions on all sales you close after being leased or sold and as a team leader you will get paid on each sale your team member close.

Key Skills:

- Experience in brokerage management, recruiting, and coaching agents

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of Florida real estate laws, contracts, and compliance

Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth and innovation

Tech-savvy and adaptable to modern brokerage tools

- Negotiation and presentation skills are key.
