Job Description:
Service Manager needed for the leading Powersports dealership in the Tampa Bay Area.
Xtreme Powersports has an opening for a leadership style Service Manager with prior experience. This applicant must have Powersports experience and a proven track record to run a service department at high volume, high quality levels while increasing customer retention.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and comfortable multi-tasking
Interact with customers both in-store and on the phone
Follow a structured process for warranty processing
Have working knowledge of metric motorcycles and Powersports
Be able to effectively manage open repair orders and follow through completion
Proactively follow up with current and previous customers
Maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction with the ability to handle customer complaints
Qualifications & Job Requirements:
Full time
Motorcycle endorsement a plus
Possess sound judgment and decision making ability
Key Areas:
CSI and customer retention
Repair Order Management and Follow up
Service drive efficiency and follow up
