Car Wash Crew Leader / Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced car wash Crew Leader to oversee our outside team and help deliver an exceptional car wash experience. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a commitment to guest satisfaction and a solid understanding of car wash operations, services and products. As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring that all services are performed to our standards while promoting a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

Supervise the daily outside operations of the car wash to ensure efficient workflow.

Train and mentor team members on proper techniques for car washing (interior and exterior), buffing, waxing and detailing and hand-washing.

Ensure all vehicles are checked and verified to meet the company standards.

Provide excellent guest service by answering questions, addressing concerns and resolving any issues professionally that may arise.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas including the tunnel, storage areas, chemical areas, waiting areas and bathrooms.

Drive vehicles safely within the premises according to company expectations.

Monitor and manage inventory levels of chemicals and supplies.

Maintain and repair all car wash equipment as needed.

Qualifications

Bilingual (English & Spanish)

Previous experience in car wash operations is preferred.

Strong guest service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.

Knowledge of car wash services and products.

Ability to lead by example, demonstrating a professional work ethic and promoting a positive work environment.

Valid driver’s license.

Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Able to work outside for extended periods.
