PT In-Home Caregiver Needed on Friday from 10am-5pm ($16.50/hour)

208 Home Care is seeking a caregiver to work with a client in Star on Fridays from 10am-5pm. The client is a female who needs stand-by assistance only, and wants a caregiver that could help her get set up for the weekends. This would entail light housework, shopping, and companionship. The client lives on a farm property and do have a large dog, but the dog is friendly and is being trained to be a service dog. The client has requested a female caregiver. We do have other clients who need care if you are interested in working more hours.

Skills/Requirements

Must have a desire to help elderly and disabled individuals, previous caregiving experience is ideal but not required.

Must be able to pass a background check through the Idaho Department of Health & Welfare

Must be able to pass a urine drug test (Prescribed medication is acceptable)

Must complete the training required by Medicaid within 30 days of your hire date (exempt with active CNA/LPN/RN License)

Must have a valid form of government-issued Identification and proof of Employment Authorization to work in the United States.

Must be able to follow HIPAA guidelines, document accurately, and communicate effectively with your clients and with the office
