Crew Leader – Lawn Care

Location: South Suburbs & Surrounding Areas of Park Forest, IL

Job Type: Full-Time Preferred (Part-Time Considered)

Pay: $19–$27 per hour (Higher pay based on performance)

Job Responsibilities:

Perform all aspects of lawn care, including mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and bush/hedge trimming.

Work alongside your crew while providing leadership and guidance.

Assign tasks and ensure the team works efficiently and delivers quality results.

Train and mentor new crew members (earn a training bonus).

Follow and enforce strict safety procedures.

Communicate professionally with clients and address their needs.

Maintain proper use and care of equipment.

Assist in improving routes and job efficiency.

Qualifications:

Experience in lawn care or landscaping required.

Leadership experience preferred but not required.

Ability to operate and train others on commercial lawn care equipment.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical labor.
