Seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man or Jack of all Trades to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set to handle various maintenance and repair tasks effectively. A strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship are essential for success in this position. Located in Henniker, NH. We work around a 20 mile radius to Henniker

Responsibilities include general maintenance and repairs on residential properties, including various carpentry tasks, but not limited to. Ability to utilize tools and equipment safely and effectively. Can complete work in a timely manner. Professional attitude and workmanship around clients.

Experience in general maintenance services is preferred. Problem solving skills and ability to troubleshoot is a plus. Valid drivers license required to travel between job sites. Ideal candidate holds their own liability insurance and will perform work as a subcontractor. Ideal candidate will also come with their own set of basic tools.

A little bit about our company The Local Trades is a Merrimack/Hillsborough County based New Hampshire construction business. We do design work for local remodels, handyman jobs, painting, as well as small new construction projects and everything in between.

Contract work for the right candidates after proving they are reliable, or with references, is also a possibility.
