Maintenance person part time

Looking for part-time maintenance 10 to 15 hours a week, sometimes more. Prefer someone close to Middletown area. For homes and apartments in the Middletown area. Must have tools, transportation and reliable/trustworthy. General knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, some electrical. If you want to do painting that is a plus. We will supply funds for materials.
