We want someone who is willing to roll their sleeves up and work on projects at all phases on all tasks and who will bring joy and energy to our team, projects and to the process of design. (You can leave your favorite hat at home, we would hate for you to get it dirty and we have plenty of them for you to wear.)

Position:

Manage projects and project tasks from start to finish to deliver high quality, innovative, and functional design (includes production work)

Participate in all phases of design, including full construction documentation and coordination

Manage permitting process and code analysis

Work directly with clients

Manage / Mentor a small project team

Benefits:

68-89K salary (negotiable)

4-day work week (36 hours)

2 weeks PTO (72 hours)

2 additional structured weeks PTO (Ink Built Closes for a Summer and Winter Break)

10 flexible holidays (90 hours)

Essential Quals:

At least 6-years full-time working experience

Multi-Family Housing & Commercial experience

Fully proficient in Revit

Highly Organized

Excellent Communicator

Thrives in a collaborative environment

Strong knowledge of code(s)

Good design communication / graphic presentation skills

Love cats, birds, land, plants, tattoos, and cursing (kidding, that part’s negotiable. sort of…)
