PART TIME SECRETARY TUE/WED/THURSDAY

We are seeking a dedicated, easy going and organized individual to join our team as a part-time Office Secretary to work three days per week Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays. This position requires someone with the ability to handle various tasks at once in an organized manner.

Responsibilities:

1.Vendor Management: You will be responsible for paying our vendors. This includes tracking all payments and purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.

2.Statement Management: You will be in charge of managing monthly statements. This includes reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.

3.General Administrative Duties: As an office secretary, you may also be required to perform other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

2. Strong communication skills.

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software.

Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
