Service Technician Tier 2

Location: Odessa, TX

Pay: $23-$30/hour

Hours: Monday-Friday (7am-3:30pm)

Requirements:

High school diploma preferred

English proficiency for reading/writing reports

Ability to operate diagnostic devices, laptops, and tablets

Valid Commercial Driver's License

3 years of diesel mechanic experience

Responsibilities:

Complete online training for relevant vehicle brands and systems

Work toward certification in agreed-upon training path

Demonstrate working knowledge of air systems, fuel systems, and aftertreatment systems

Desired Skills:

Quality repairs with minimal rework

Ability to perform moderate diagnostics

Basic electronic, lighting, and electrical systems repair

Minimal supervision requirements

Problem-solving mindset with high ethical standards

Specialized expertise in at least two repair areas

Physical Demands:

Ability to maneuver around, in, on, and under trucks

Lift 50 pounds to waist and 25 pounds to shoulder

Pass physical, drug, and alcohol screenings
