Dispatcher/ Customer Service Coordinator
Heating and A.C. Company in Northside area of San Antonio is looking for a Dispatcher/ Customer Service Coordinator. This person will be responsible for coordinating and maintaining activities of the service department and technicians. Must have excellent customer service, organizational, detailed, and multitask skills. Position requires a high level of correspondence with customers, technicians and supervisors. They must demonstrate ability to maintain a pleasant and cooperative temperament with internal and external customers, technicians, and supervisors. They will be a self-motivator, trustworthy and dependable.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
Arrive on time
Dispatch calls to technicians
Generate and Schedule Recommendations and Inspections
Schedule, Coordinate and Confirm all service calls
Update information on Existing and New customers for History, Warranties, Inspections,
Equipment and Recommendations
Answer phone by the 2nd ring
Ability to work regularly and dependably
Review the daily schedule every day for information sent in from technicians
Maintains customer satisfaction by investigating certain concerns, questions, and routing them
to the assigned staff and responding to special requests
Confirm at the end of the day and the beginning of customers are confirmed and job notes are correct
Make out bound calls to residential and commercial customers for inspections
REQUIRED:
High School Diploma

Full Time Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
