Job Posting: Wildlife Exclusion Technicians (1-2 Positions Available)
We are looking for one, possibly two, mature and reliable men with valid Texas Driver’s Licenses to join our team. MUST be able to read a tape measure. Our primary work involves exclusions—sealing entry points on houses to keep out rodents and other pests.Your mothers are not here to clean up after you , If you break or lose equipment, it may be taken from your pay depending on circumstances- so just be alert and responsible or hit the unemployment line.This is a serious job post, not here to make friends or find “partners”.
Job Requirements:
Must be comfortable working on roofs (up to 2 stories) and inside attics.
Experience in Sheetrock, construction, or similar trades is a plus.
Must be able to report to the shop (near WW White & Rigsby) by 7:45 AM daily.
Common sense is a must.
Parole/probation MAY be considered, but repeated excuses for tardiness or absences will not be tolerated.
Random drug tests required. If that’s an issue, don’t waste our time or yours.
No baby momma drama, no meth heads.
Background checks will be conducted— theft charges are NOT acceptable.
On the rare occasion that work slows down, we will find something to do.
Pay & Employment Details:
Fair pay, 1099 self-tax filing (paid weekly via check, always good on Friday).
Exact pay will depend on experience and will be discussed during the interview for those who qualify.
