Position Details:

Full-time, seasonal position (Spring through November, weather permitting)

Lead & Assistant positions available

Reliable transportation required

Valid driver’s license with a good driving record a must

Job Responsibilities:

Operate commercial pruning equipment, including:

o Chainsaws

o Loppers

o Hand tools

o Shovels

Trim and maintain small ornamental trees and shrubs on both commercial and residential properties

Perform additional landscape tasks, including barking and rocking beds

Follow instructions from crew leads and managers

Work in a team-oriented and professional environment

What We’re Looking For:

Knowledge of proper pruning techniques

Familiarity with plant identification and growth patterns (helpful but not required)

Positive attitude and a willingness to learn

Ability to work well with others in a team setting

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of standing and walking

Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 lbs. regularly

Comfortable working on uneven terrain
