Office assistant
Small busy, quiet, law firm is seeking to hire an in-person office assistant. Duties are mainly filing mail in case files, data entry on a computer, scanning documents, and some answering of multiple phone lines and taking messages. Duties require organizational skills, reliability, reading comprehension, concentration, speaking and writing skills. Must know how to type and use MS Outlook and MS Word. Must know how to work with a team. Prior experience in a professional office setting or in a professional service industry is required. Bilingual Spanish speaking and writing is a plus.
