Part Time Concrete Construction Estimator

Concrete construction company seeking Part-time concrete construction estimator. If you have construction estimating experience and want to expand with a local construction team, we're hiring!

-Review project plans, requirements and specifications

- Work on Concrete Take-Off’s for home builders & provide proposals via QuickBooks

- Will learn and work with the computer software such as Plan Swift, Microsoft (Word, Excel & Outlook) and QuickBooks

- Must be able to read construction plans and details

-Ability to multi task

-Draft Proposals/Contracts

-Read, understand, and interpret drawings and specifications including Soil Reports, Structural Civil, Architectural, precise grade & landscape construction plans

-Communicate and work with clients (purchasing agents)

-Other duties may be assigned
