Server Assistant

Server Assistant job duties include:

running food and drinks to tables (must memorize table and seat numbers on floorplan)

clearing/resetting tables

Breaking down of stations/closing duties

Being able to carry buss tubs (up to 50lbs)

Maintaining appropriate stock levels of glassware, dishes and utensils

cordially interact with guests

REQIUREMENTS

Food Safety certificate

Must be 21 to run alcoholic drinks

2 years experience in a FULL-SERVICE restaurant (not counter service)
