Commercial Construction Sales

We're looking for SEASONED Commercial Construction sales professionals with an ESTABLISHED book of Commercial Accounts and immediate business to engage and sell our services to, and to solicit net new General Contractors, Commercial Property Management groups, and Businesses throughout Atlanta and the Southeast United States.

This job will be full time. Work will be a hybrid of field, office and home office work. The ideal candidate will be based out of Atlanta or the surrounding suburban area EAST SIDE. They'll have a clean DL and be able to pass a background check. You'll have a verifiable book of business and existing relationships.

Here's the hook. We'll pay you higher commission than anyone else, in some cases double! We run lean and have the points. This will be a highly lucrative position for a self motivated, energetic and effective door opener and deal maker. It is an easy 6 figure job, year one.

We do everything with the exception of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing in house. We own all of our equipment and are well capitalized. We have Commercial lenders for our larger job to help clients as well as our investments.

If you are successful but want a better job than you have with a higher payout, easier hours and a better lifestyle, this is for you. But, you have to have the book of business. We are not looking for entry level sales people. We are looking for an industry best individual, who we can work with to expand our book of business with.

The job will start immediately for the right candidate. You'll be selling to C Level people. At key meetings a manager or owner will be with you. Your job will be to open the doors and then maintain the relationships we develop.

I've been a Fortune 500 Sales Pro in Tech with an international company. Also, a tech dealer owner. And my family had painting and construction work in its blood since we came here in the 1920s. I'm the owner, I get it. I'll go hit the road with you, blitz your patch with you, take key calls and appointments, and give you the best prices and products to work from. You'll have all the support you need to get the dough.

The person who takes this role and seizes the opportunity will go all the way with me. When we sell it, you'll cash out with the owners. This is a Key Player hire for a once in a lifetime opportunity. The right person can generate $3M year 1. That'd pay out over 200K at our plan.

Independent agents who'd like to sell our services in addition to their other book of business are welcome.

What do we do? Everything except for Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing. We have a book of great subcontractors and are well capitalized to handle any size project.
