Large-Loss Project Manager - Disaster Restoration

We are rapidly expanding as a nationwide leader in large-loss disaster restoration. We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Large-Loss Project Manager to oversee multimillion-dollar fire, water, and storm restoration projects across the country.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of large-loss commercial restoration projects exceeding $1,000,000.
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and scopes of work.
- Coordinate with clients, insurance adjusters, public adjusters, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and review detailed estimates, write scopes of work, and negotiate claims with insurance carriers.
- Lead on-site project teams, including subcontractors and technicians, to maintain quality standards and meet project deadlines.
- Manage project logistics, including equipment, materials, and personnel deployment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including clients and internal leadership.
- Travel nationwide on short notice to respond to large-scale disaster restoration projects.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing commercial large-loss restoration projects valued at $1,000,000+.
- Extensive knowledge of fire, water, mold, and storm restoration processes.
- Proficiency in estimating software (Xactimate preferred) and insurance claim processes.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel nationwide with flexible availability.
Preferred Qualifications:
- IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT, AMRT, etc.).
- Experience working with National Public Adjusters and insurance carriers.
- Background in general contracting or large-scale construction.
