Job Overview:

Meridian Concrete LLC is looking for experienced Concrete Form Setters & Finishers to join our team. We specialize in residential concrete work, including patios, driveways, walkways, and sidewalks. The ideal candidate is skilled in forming, pouring, and finishing concrete with attention to quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Set and align concrete forms for residential projects

Prepare job sites, including grading and compacting as needed

Mix, pour, and spread concrete accurately

Use tools such as screeds, floats, trowels, and edgers to smooth and finish surfaces

Apply finishing techniques (broom, stamped, exposed aggregate, etc.)

Ensure proper curing and protection of concrete surfaces

Remove forms and clean up job sites after completion

Follow safety guidelines and company procedures

Requirements:

Experience in residential concrete work (form setting & finishing required)

Ability to read plans and execute projects to specifications

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Ability to work well in a team environment
